包头师范学院 本 科 学 年 论 文 论文题目：哺乳动物胚胎干细胞多能性和全能性研究进展 院 系：生物科学与技术学院 专 业： 生物科学 学 号：0911370087 姓 名： 李巧英 指导教师： 图 雅 撰写学年： 2009 至2010 学年 二零一零 年 十二 月 摘 要 本文主要介绍了哺乳类动物胚胎干细胞的一些生物学特性，并着重介绍了它的多能性和全能性，以及多能性或全能性的检测技术。利用此技术制作嵌合体及嵌合体动物可以为人类器官移植提供实验材料。胚胎干细胞有着极广的应用范围，本文综述了它在基因、遗传、克隆、体外细胞分化及哺乳动物的个体发育等方面的研究。但是，由于哺乳动物错综复杂的基因调控和环境因素的影响，对于胚胎干细胞的研究还存在诸多问题，还需作更深入细致的研究。 关键词：胚胎干细胞；全能性；嵌合；分化 2 Abstract This article mainly introduced the mammalia animal embryonic stem cells some biology characteristic, and introduced its pluripotent and the totipotency emphatically, as well as pluripotent or totipotency examination technology. May provide the experiment material using this technical manufacture chimaera and the chimaera animal for the humanity organ transplanting. The embryonic stem cell has the extremely broad application scope, this article summarized it in the gene, the heredity, the clone, in vitro cell differentiation and mammals aspect and so on ontoge- nesis research. But, as a result of the mammal intriguing gene regulation and environmental factors influence, also has many problems regarding the embryo stem cells research, but must do more thorough careful research.
