产业组织三重结构与经济增长  袁满（郑州升达经贸管理学院09级国贸系经济学2班，郑州，451191） 摘要：有效的产业组织结构不仅能提升产业竞争力，而且能优化产业结构、促进经济发展。传统的产业组织优化只注重产业市场结构优化，而忽略了产业内企业间的生产组织关系及以组织、协调为特征的管理组织关系。从市场组织结构、生产组织结构和管理组织结构的角度出发，重新剖析了产业组织优化的内涵。在循环经济基础上发展产业集群，是三种组织结构整合的结果，是促进中国产业组织合理化，从而推动区域经济发展的必然趋势和可靠选择。 Industrial organization and Economic development.Yuan Man （09 Economics 2 ，Department of International Trade，ShengDa College of Economic Trade Management，Zhengzhou 451191）  Abstract：An effective industrial organization structure can not only improve industrial competitiveness, but also optimize industrial structure and promote economic development. Traditional industrial optimization only pays attention to the optimization of industrial market structures, but neglect the production organizational relationships of intra-industrial enterprises and the management organizational relationships. From the angles of market, production and management organizational structures, the authors reanalyze the connotation of industrial organization optimization, and point out that the result of the integration of the three forms of organizational structures is to develop industrial clusters based on circular economy.
