PAGE 内 容 摘 要 近年来，随着我国经济持续健康发展和对外开放程度的不断提高，我国对外贸易规模不断扩大，与周边国家和地区的贸易量不断增长，开展人民币跨境贸易结算的需求不断增加。在此背景下，我国加快了推进建立人民币跨境贸易结算支付清算机制的步伐。同时整个国际经济和金融的格局正在变化，全球经济仍处于危机当中，美元在国际上的地位正处在弱化的趋势中。短期内美元作为避险工具还在走强，但长期来看随着经济地位减弱和整个金融市场的滞后调整，美元会逐步走弱。人民币则相对强势，人们持有人民币的意愿很可能会逐渐强烈。因此，跨境贸易人民币结算的顺利推出,对提升中国企业的国际化理念与自信具有极大意义。人民币走出国门被国际贸易体系接纳，中国企业的国际化才算真正完成了重要一环。更进一步，就时下而论，人民币跨境结算最大的受益者是企业。企业应如何把握这个大好时机，适应新形势，避免其中可能带来的问题，而使自己更好的发展呢？ 【关键词】跨境贸易人民币结算 国际化理念 最大收益者 ABSTRACT In recent years, with the sustained and healthy economic development and continuous improvement of the degree of opening up, Chinas foreign trade have been expanding, with neighboring countries and regions, the growing volume of trade, to carry out cross-border trade, the RMB settlement of the increasing demand. In this context, promote the establishment of the RMB in China to speed up the payment and settlement mechanism of cross-border trade, the pace of settlement. At the same time the international economic and financial situation is changing, global economy is still in the midst of crisis, the dollars international status is in a weakening trend .The short term the U.S. dollar as hedging instruments are still strong, long-term status as the economy weakened and the lagged adjustment of the financial markets, the dollar will gradually weaken. RMB is relatively strong, people will hold the yuan is likely to gradually strong. Therefore, the cross-border trade, the smooth launch of RMB, to enhance the concept of the internationalization of Chinese enterprises and self-confidence of great significance. Renminbi to go abroad, accepted by the international trading system, the internationalization of Chinese enterprises has truly done an important part. Further, it terms nowadays, the biggest beneficiaries of the yuan cross-border settlement enterprise.
