第二十四届“冯如杯”学生创意大赛 防反向转动水龙头阀芯 本创意项目团队 北京航空航天大学第二十四届“冯如杯”学生创意大赛参赛作品 2014 年 3 月 20 日 防反向转动水龙头阀芯 摘要：水龙头作为人类日常生活中不可或缺的机构，有着基数大、使用频率高 的特点。而正是这些特点，使得水龙头阀芯在日常使用中频繁出现磨损的情况， 导致漏水现象的发生。本文着重研究水龙头的一种漏水情况，即反向漏水情况， 结合传统水龙头阀芯的限位构造并分析其优缺点，进而提出了结构创新的方法， 即在原有的阀芯定片上加装限位块，并相应地改进阀芯动片的结构，使阀芯陶瓷 片本身就拥有防止反向转动的能力，以达到防止反向转动情况发生的目的。本小 组通过相关建模进行了理论分析，并通过对相关材料和技术的分析初步分析其可 行性，认为其在理论上可行，适用范围广，市场前景光明。 关键词：水龙头阀芯 防反向转动 限位结构创新 Abstract : The taps are indispensable in our daily life, which are of a great number and are used frequently. However ,the spool of the tap can be easily abased with these features ,which may lead to the occurrence of the leak of water.This article mainly study a phenomenon -- opposite-direction leak of water. We combine it with the traditional spool’s structure and analysis its advantages and disadvantages as well, and then we come up with the innovative methods. Namely we arrange the limit block on the valve core stator, and accordingly improve the structure of the valve core rotor plate,which makes the valve core ceramic itself have the ability to prevent the reverse rotation, so as to prevent the happening of the opposite-direction leak of water.Our team analyze it through modeling in theory.And through the analysis of the related materials and technology,we get a preliminary analysis of its feasibility.We think it is feasible in theory, its applicability is wide and it has bright prospect of market.
