建筑工程管理问题及对策剖析 　　摘要：随着我国经济的发展，建筑业发展较为迅速，然而建筑业繁荣景象的背后隐藏着许多建筑管理问题，由此导致建筑业实际发展的滞后性，降低建筑建设效益，损害建筑业形象。当下，建筑工程管理问题较为突出，工程质量令人堪忧，工程建设过程中事故层出不穷，建筑工程施工技术手段低下，由此使建筑工程的建设难以满足建筑使用群体的要求，更令建筑业处于停滞的阶段，由此需要加大建筑工程管理力度，着力解决影响建筑业良性发展的问题，保证建筑业健康发展。本文基于工作中的实践体会，从建筑工程管理现状出发，分析建筑工程管理中存在的问题，并提出相关对策，以期为建筑业的快速发展提供思路。 　　关键字：建筑工程； 质量管理；技术管理；安全管理；对策 　　Abstract: With the development of our national economy, the construction industry has developed rapidly, but the building behind the prosperity of hiding many construction management problems, which led to the practice of construction industry development lag, reduce the construction efficiency, damage the image of the construction industry has.
