客家地区乡镇卫生院抗生素使用剖析 　　摘要：目的 通过对乡镇卫生院抗生素使用情况进行调查，分析乡镇卫生院抗生素药物应用现状、趋势及使用不合理的原因，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 从梅江区随机抽取5个乡镇卫生院作为调查现场，随机抽取各乡镇卫生院2011年~2013年西药处方每年200张，共3000张作为调查的样本处方。结果 抗生素不合理使用呈逐年下降趋势，但仍过于偏高。结论 乡镇卫生院抗生素使用频率过于偏高，存在着诸多不合理因素。 　　关键词：客家地区；乡镇卫生院；抗生素 　　Analysis of Antibiotics Application in the Township Hospitals in Hakka Area 　　ZHONG Jun-shan1,XIE Zhang-hui2 　　(1.Meijiang Jiangnan District Community Health Service Center,Meijiang 514000,Guangdong,China;2.The Jiaying University School of Medicine,Meizhou 514000,Guangdong,China) 　　Abstract：ObjectiveThrough the investigation on the use of antibiotics
