实用型人才培养初析 　　【摘要】 从高等院校教学实际与企业发展对人才需求的特点出发，论文阐明了高等教育的发展与企业发展之间相依存的关系，提出高等院校培养学生方式应建立在企业对人才需求的实际，将企业实习教育作为学生的“实习基地”，建立校企互助的课程体系、教学方法，聘请企业的业务骨干担当相应院、系课程教学顾问，以提高实用性教育能力，缩减学生从学校学习到企业工作的过度期，使高校培养出来的学生更能适应社会的需求，提高高校毕业生融入社会能力。 　　【关键词】 联合教育；交换培养；立体定位 　　 　　Research on Training Practical Talents 　　ZHANG Jicheng SU Zhongbin ZHENGPing 　　【Abstract】 According to the demand for practical talents, this paper firstly discribes the relationship between the development of higher education and enterprise.
