随着经济全球化、一体化与国际贸易全球化的不断推进，我国参与全球运 输业的程度円渐加深，我W海运的发展也受到了我W乃至世界各W的关注。作为 我国物流的支柱性成分，物流业的现代化发展与仓储业的发展息息相关。然而， 我国传统仓储企业的经营现状不容乐观，且面临着加入WTO后激烈的市场竞争。 再加上，S前国内的物流理论研究还较为滞后，特别是缺乏对仓储物流型企业系 统的战略研究。继上海自贸区试点的成功运作后，我国自贸区战略将进一步扩 围，在广东、天津、福建三省再设三个自贸区。自贸区的成立，为物流公司带来 了机遇与挑战，在这种情况下，如何在物流业快速发展的背景下，有针对性地解 决困扰制约我国仓储企业发展的长期性、整体性、现实性问题，对于我国的仓储 业乃至物流业甚至对整个国民经济的发展，都具奋相当的理论价值和实践意义。 关键词：物流公司；发展战略；研宄 Abstract With the development of economic globalization，integration and international trade globalization，the extent of China’s participation in the global transportation industry is increasing，and the development of China’s maritime transport has been the focus of our country and the world. As the pillar of China’s logistics components, the development of modern logistics industry and the development of the storage industry is closely related. However，the operating status of China’s traditional warehousing enterprises is not optimistic，and facing fierce market competition after joining WTO. In addition, the current domestic logistics theoretical research lags behind, especially the lack of strategic research on logistics enterprise system. Following the successful operation of Shanghai FTA pilot, China FTA strategy will further expand around，then set up three free trade zone in Guangdong, Tianjin and Fujian provinces. The establishment of the free trade area and logistics company brought opportunity and challenge, in this case，under the background of how rapid development in the logistics industry, in order to solve the problems of restricting the development of warehousing enterprises in our country long-term, overall, reality problem, for our country’s warehousing and logistics industry，and even to the entire national economy development, has considerable significance both in theory and practice.
