检察院办公自动化系统的设计与实现 摘 要 随着信息技术的蓬勃发展，尤其是计算机技术、网络通讯技术、多媒体技术、数据库技术及自动化技术的日新月异，为办公自动化的发展提供了广阔的空间。传统的办公模式中公文流转速度较慢，安全性不够，对公文信息的处理、统计、分析较烦琐，在沟通、协作和控制等方面存在不足。办公自动化在提高政府机关或企事业单位各部门的办公质量和办公效率，提高决策的科学性和正确性，提高领导者的管理水平，推动各单位的信息化建设等方面起着举足轻重的作用。 论文的研究主要在于办公自动化系统可以大幅提高检察院内部信息共享、人员协作与业务监控的效率，是检察院信息化建设的核心部分。通过对个人办公管理、公告管理、公文管理、常用工具管理和系统维护管理的实现对检察院日常办公工作的全面管理，并能规范办公流程，提高管理水平和管理质量，准确分析决策，达到全面提升办公效率的目的。 本论文是以检察院办公自动化需求为研究对象，研究了利用MVC技术和基于J2EE架构来实现办公自动化系统开发的方法。目前本系统已经通过测试，正在试运行阶段，对于系统的一些不足之处，将加以继续改进。 关键词：检察院办公自动化；MVC技术；JAVA；J2EE架构 The Design and Implementation of Office?
