PBL+LBL双轨教学模式在留学生先天性心脏病临床实习中的应用

】R的探讨PBL+LBL双轨教学模式的留学生教学效果。方法依据
前期留学生教学屮存在的问题,结合PBL及LBL教学模式的特点,在留学生儿科 学教学重点及难点章节-先天性心脏病的临床见习屮采用PBL+LBL双轨教学模式 (3/4PBL+1/4LBL)。结果 PBL+LBL 双轨教学模式(3/4 PBL+1/4 LBL)下,临床 见习屮学生接受度高,课堂效果评价、试卷考试效果评价及实际应用能力效果评 价均良好,达到了提高留学生教学质量的目的,获得了留学生好评。结论: PBL+LBL双轨教学模式临床见习效果好,值得进一步探索。

Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of clinical practice under PBL and LBL double-track teaching model. Methods Based on the inherent characteristics
of the international students, considering the advantages of problem-based learning
(PBL) and lecture-based learning (LBL) modes, double-track teaching mode combined PBL and LBL (3/4 PBL and 1/4 LBL) was adopted in the clinical practice teaching of
congenital heart disease, which is one of the key points and difficult sections of pediatrics. Results Under the double-track teaching model of combined PBL and LBL (3/4 PBL and 1/4 LBL), the results showed there existed high degree of students acceptance. Evaluations of class teaching effects, final test and practical application
ability were all perfect. Double-track teaching mode has improved the teaching and
learning quality of has been praised highly by the international students. Conclusion
There have perfect effects in clinical practice under double-track teaching model
combined PBL and LBL And it is worth to have further research about PBL and LBL
combined teaching model.
