l 玩具四驱车底座的成型工艺与模具设计 摘要：模具在现代的工业生产中起着巨大的作用，有着极其广泛的应用领域。而注塑模在最近几年的发展速度很快，在模具工业中占有很大的地位。因此，研究注塑模对了解塑料制品的生产过程和提高塑料制品的产品质量都有很大的意义。此次设计中，通过对玩具四驱车底座进行成型工艺分析和模具设计，介绍了注塑模设计的基本过程。包括对塑件结构的工艺性分析和使用材料的工艺性分析，在模具设计中，介绍了注塑机的选择方法，浇口，冷料口、排气槽等的设计，还详细介绍了型腔数量确定的方法，分型面、侧向抽芯机构、合模导向机构、脱模机构、冷却机构等的设计原则。通过此次设计，可以对注塑模的发展和设计方法有一个基本的认识，能注意到设计过程中的细节问题，了解模具结构和工作原理。 关键词：玩具四驱车底座、成型工艺、模具设计、注塑模 The Base Four-wheel Toys Molding Process and Mold Design Abstract：Mold plays a huge role in modern industrial production,Has a very wide range of applications.Injection molds quickly, the pace of development in recent years to account for a large position in the mold industry.
