注射式皮下植入法自体疣移植治疗扁平疣临床剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究和探讨治疗扁平疣患者时使用注射式皮下植入法自体疣移植的治疗效果。方法 收集2013年1月―2014年6月收治的扁平疣患者共100例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各50例，对照组患者进行传统的自体疣植入治疗，观察组进行自体疣注射式的皮下植入治疗，两组患者在治疗前后均进行拍照记录，在治疗结束两个月后对比皮损消退的面积大小，观察临床效果。 结果 观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组，患者的满意度显著高于对照组（P0.05）。结论 在扁平疣患者的治疗过程中进行注射式皮下植入法自体疣移植治疗，能够提高治疗的效果和患者的满意度，而且操作简便，值得推广应用。 　　[关键字] 扁平疣；注射式皮下植入法；自体疣移植 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）02（b）-0100-02 　　Inject subcutaneously implanted warts autograft flat wart treatment clinical observation 　　WANG Chunbo 　　Helen Peoples Hospital， Hailun，152300 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study and observation of treatment in patients with verruca plana warts autograft in the method of injection type subcutaneous implant treatment effect. Methods To collect a total of 100 patients with verruca plana， randomly divided into observation group and control group， the 50 cases， control group patients with traditional autologous wart implantation treatment， the observation group for injection of autologous wart subcutaneous implant treatment， two groups of patients in the photograph before and after treatment were recorded， at the end of the treatment for two months after contrast her lesions subsided area size， to observe the clinical effect. Results The treatment of patients with efficient observation group was obviously higher than that of control group， patients satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with verruca plana process inject subcutaneously implanted warts autograft treatment， can improve the effect of the treatment and patients satisfaction， and easy to operate， is worthy of popularization and application. 　　[Key words] Flat warts；The injectable subcutaneous implant；Warts autograft 　　扁平疣是一种常见的皮肤病，通常是因为皮肤黏膜受到人乳头瘤病毒的感染而引发的病毒感染性疾病，多发于青少年[1]。该病的临床表现为粉红色或者皮色大小不等的扁平丘疹，皮损多见于面部、手臂、手背[2]。扁平丘疹多轻度隆起，呈椭圆形、圆形或者多角形，且表面光滑、分界清楚，一般呈密集分布，局部由于瘙痒抓挠会呈现出线状排列。患者一般无自觉症状，部分会有轻微的瘙痒[3]。扁平疣的病程呈慢性，可持续多年，多通过间接或直接的接触传染。传统的自体疣植入治疗方式虽然疗
