PAGE 精品 精品 摘 要 本文主要介绍了印染废水的水质特征及各种处理技术，并以工程设计实例说明了印染废水处理的一般流程。对1000m3/d 的印染废水采用水解酸化与接触氧化工艺进行处理，通过废水的水解酸化反应，把难降解的高分子物质转化为较小的分子，从而改善废水的可生化性，为接触氧化创造条件。设计中采用水解酸化和生物接触氧化相结合的工艺，对调节池、沉砂池、水解酸化池、生物接触氧化池、二沉池等的排序和规格进行设计和计算。通过此设计，废水可达到挂膜好，处理效果稳定，CODCr去除率在80%以上，多数情况下可以保证出水水质达标。设计实例采用了印染废水典型处理工艺:“水解酸化+生物接触氧化+混凝沉淀”的方法。 关键词：印染废水 水质特质 处理技术 接触氧化 混凝沉淀 Abstract The main introduction of this text prints and dye the water quality characteristic of the waste water and various kinds of treatment technology, and has explained the general procedure of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment with the engineering design instance. By hydrolytic acidification and contact oxidation process to process on 1000m3/d of printing and dyeing wastewater, wastewater acidification reaction which change undegradable polymer material into smaller molecules, thereby improves the biodegradability of wastewater, and creates conditions for contact oxidation. Design uses the combination process of acidification, and biological contact oxidation and calcules for sort and specifications of balance tank, grit chamber, hydrolisis acidification pond， biological contact oxidation tank， secondary sedimentation tank， etc.; with this design， water can reach good hanging film， stable treatment effect， CODCr removal rate above 80%, and in most cases can ensure water quality compliance. Design instance adopts print and dye model of the wastewater typical craft: method that hydrolize acid take + living beings exposed to and oxidize + mix and congeal and precipitate .
