异维A酸胶丸联合清肝祛痤方治疗囊肿聚合性痤疮的临床观察 朱黎明 （河南省洛阳市机车医院中西医结合科，河南 洛阳，471002） [摘要]目的：观察和研究异维A酸胶丸（泰尔丝）联合清肝祛痤方治疗囊肿聚合性痤疮的临床疗效。方法：50例囊肿聚合性痤疮患者随机分为两组，均给予异维A酸胶丸（泰尔丝）每次20mg，每天2次口服。治疗组（n=30）在此基础上加用清肝祛痤方，每日1剂，早晚分服，于治疗初始和2、4、8周时观察评价皮损改善，不良反应及16周时的复发情况。结果：治疗组有效率90.0%，对照组有效率45.0%。治疗组总皮损均数、炎症性皮损均数、非炎症性皮损均数治疗8周后与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05或p＜0.01）。对照组总皮损均数、炎症性皮损均数治疗8周后与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05或p＜0.01），非炎症性皮损均数治疗8周后与治疗前比较，差异无统计学意义（p＞0.05）。治疗组治疗8周后总皮损均数、非炎症性皮损均数与对照组相比较，差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05或p＜0.01），炎症性皮损均数治疗后两组比较差异无显著性（p＞0.05）。结论：异维A酸胶丸（异维A酸胶丸）联合清肝祛痤方治疗囊肿聚合性痤疮疗效肯定，复发率低且不良反应少。 关键词：异维A酸胶丸；清肝祛痤方；囊肿聚合性痤疮；皮损 Treatment of Cyst Jialing River Acne with Isotretinoin Soft Capsule Combined with Qing-gan Qu-cuo Recipe.英文题目意思与中文题目意思不相符 英文题目意思与中文题目意思不相符 Zhu Liming, Department of Integrated Traditional and Westen Medicine, Henan Province Luoyang City ABSTRACT Objective: To observe and study Isotretinoin soft capsules (TaiErSi) combined with Qing-gan Qu-cuo recipe in treating cyst jialing river acne.
