成型机螺杆供料机构设计 摘 要 塑料的注射成型是利用注射装置将注射机筒中已经溶化的热塑性或热固性塑料以高压高速注入到闭合的成型模具型腔中，经冷却固化成形后，制成与模具型腔的形状完全一致的塑料制品。注塑机是是实现塑料注射成型原理，并生产出塑料制品的机械设备。 本文设计分为三大部分：绪论，注塑机介绍，螺杆供料机构设计。 本人特别是对螺杆供料机构设计，首先说明塑化部分的性能和特点，接着介绍注射装置的型式及其工作原理，主要对螺杆塑化部件和螺杆传动装置进行详细设计，最后对其他部件进行设计。在螺杆供料机构部分中，本人参阅大量资料，收集各种设计原理和计算公式，并对这些原理和计算公式进行了整理和补充。特别是对螺杆的设计进行了分析和创新。使本文设计重点突出。 关键词：注塑机，注射部分，塑化，螺杆 The Shaper Screw Rod Supplies The Material Organization Design ABSTRACT The plastic injection taking shape was injected the thermos plasticity or the thermosetting plastics using the injection installment which in the cylinder already dissolved by the high pressure high speed pours into to closed takes shape in the mold cavity, after the cooling solidification forming, made with the mold cavity shape completely consistent plastic product. Casting machine is realizes the plastic injection to take shape the principle, the parallel intergrowth delivers the plastic product the mechanical device. This article designs divides into three major parts: Introduction, casting machine system design, casting machine injection partial designs. Myself specially am to the casting machine injection partial designs, first explained the plastified partial performance and the characteristic, then introduced the injection installment the pattern and its the principle of work, mainly plastify the part and the scre wrod transmission device to the screw rod carries on the detailed design, finally carries on the design to other parts，In the casting machine injection part, myself refer the massive materials, collects each kind of principle of design and the formula, and has carried on the reorganization and the supplement to these principles and the formula. Specially has carried on the analysis and the innovation to the screw rod design. Causes this article to design key is prominent.
