精品 毕业论文 Outlast腈/棉针织物的染整工艺研究 摘 要 采用Outlast腈纶型调温纤维/棉（50/50）的针织物为原材料，探讨了纺织品精练和染色工艺. 利用正交实验，综合分析了煮练碱剂碳酸钠、氢氧化钠、生物酶清棉师Scolae100T，漂白剂过氧化氢及助剂硅酸钠对Outlast腈/棉针织物退煮漂一浴一步法前处理效果的影响；将煮漂一浴工艺中各助剂的合适用量确定为：碳酸钠1.0g/L，过氧化氢4.0g/L，硅酸钠1.0g/L。通过多次染色试验及对染色织物各项指标测试，进一步优化工艺，最终确定Outlast腈/棉针织物采用先染活性染料后染阳离子染料二浴二步法染色工艺为最优。 结果表明，腈/棉混纺空调纤维织物经过常规精练、阳离子染料染色、活性染料染色、后处理等工艺流程后，染色织物的各项指标均符合标准。 关键词： Outlast空调纤维; 煮练; 阳离子染料; 活性染料; 染色;正交试验 Abstract Using Outlast acrylic fiber type tempering/cotton (50/50) of the blended knitted fabric for raw materials, this paper discusses the textile refined and dyeing process.
