摘 要 Pro/E的功能，主要包括三维实体造型、装配模拟、加工仿真、NC自动编程、有限元分析等常规功能模块，同时也有模具设计、钣金件设计、电路布线、装配管路设计等专有模块，以实现DFM(Design For Manufacturing)、DFA(Design For Assembly)、DFA(Inver se Design)、CE(Concurrent Engineer)等先进的设计方法和模式 Pro/E第一个提出了参数化设计的概念，并且采用了单一数据库来解决牲的相关性问题。Pro/E的基于特征方式，能够将设计至生产全过程集成到一起，实现并行工程设计。 本设计将Pro/E基于特征的参数化建模功能和曲面造型功能相结合，分别建立一款直板式手机，滑盖式手机和翻盖式手机的各组成零部件三维数字化虚拟模型，完成三款手机的数字化虚拟仿真装配。自动生成满足国标要求的各零部件和装配体的工程视图。实现手机的数字化虚拟装配，运动仿真。根据需要任意修改各组成零部件的结构尺寸及颜色材质等物理属性。 关键词：Pro/E；三维实体造型；虚拟装配；运动仿真 ABSTRACT The functions of Pro/E include conventional function modules such as three-dimensional solid modeling, assembly simulation, process simulation, NC automatic programming and finite element analysis, as well as proprietary modules like mold design, sheet metal design, circuit layout and assembly line design, which can achieve DFM (Design For Manufacturing), DFA (Design For Assembly), DFA (Inver se Design), CE (Concurrent Engineer) and other advanced methods and models. Pro/E is the first to put forward the concept of Parametric Design, and a single database is used to solve the related problems. Pro / Es feature-based approach can be designed to integrate the entire process of design and manufacture to achieve concurrent engineering design. The design of Pro/E combines the feature-based parametric modeling functions and surface modeling functions to establish a digital three-dimensional virtual model, made up of the various components parts of bar phone and slide phone, to achieve the digital virtual simulation assemblage of the three mobile phones. It can automatically generate the project view that can meet the requirements of GB requested parts and assemblage. At the same time, mobile digital virtual assemblage and motion simulation will also be realized. We can arbitrarily modify the physical properties of each components structure, size, color and material according to the actual needs.
