英文摘要 The Study on Preparation Technology and Quality Standard of Dioscoreae Rhizoma Du Shaoliang (Pharmacochemistry ) Directed by Yang Yun and zhangzhenling Abstract Objective ：The subject of this research was Dioscoreae Rhizoma, We studied the history and the primary intention of the processsing and modern r esearch progress, which provided the clues and basis for this subject. On the basis we studied the processing 、the quality standards and the fingerprint of Dioscoreae Rhizoma .to providing experimental data for the standardized processing , thereby improve and ensure the quality of Dioscoreae Rhizoma , ensure the clinical medication effective and safe. Methods: （1）Applying the modern instrument testing technology to investigate the effects of different processing methods on the chemical composition in Dioscoreae Rhizoma, In the meantime, stable and reliable content determination method of allantoin ﹑diosgenin and polysaccharides has been established by HPLC and UV; (2)Systematical study on the processing technology of Dioscoreae Rhizoma has been performed in this task . Firstly, research the best processing method of Dioscoreae Rhizoma softening and cutting, the optimum technology conditions were 4 selected by L (3 )orthogonal design on the base of the single factor investigation, 9 orthogonal test are decided with four effects: immersion time, moistening time, number of adding water and drying temperature, according to the content of allanto
