PAGE 襄 樊 学 院 毕业设计(论文)正文 题 目 轻型车门外板拉深工艺设计及模具 专 业 机械设计制造及其自动化 班 级 姓 名 学 号 指导教师 职 称 某轻型车门外板拉深工艺及模具设计 摘要：车门外板是典型的汽车覆盖件之一，一般都带有装饰性，要求美观大方，例如带有连贯性装饰棱线，装饰筋条，装饰凹坑，加强筋等。表面不允许有皱纹、凹痕、擦伤以及其他破坏表面美感的缺陷。通过分析轻型车门外板冲压件在生产中易出现的冲压缺陷产生的原因，制定相应的解决措施。依据车门外板的成型工艺方案，同时考虑模具加工、维修、调整的可行性，确定了车门外板模具结构形式，通过对车门外板拉深摸、修边模、翻边模设计的关键技术进行探讨和对在模具调试过程中冲压件发生的拉裂、起皱等缺陷问题进行分析，提出了解决缺陷的措施。 关键词：汽车覆盖件；冲压成形；工艺；模具结构 The small door plate drawing technology and die design Abstract :The outside door of auto is one of the parts representative of automobile panel.It is used todecorate the automobile, so it must be beautiful. There are alsocontinuity crest lines, musclesand concaves used to decorate, muscles to reiforceon the surface of the door. There shouldnt be rimples, concaves, abrasions or other defects destroying the beauty appearance.By analyzing the reason for easily mistaking in the process of punching outside doors, we make some principle which are used to draw processing and to design models in the trial-manufacture process .Ensuring the dies structure style of an outside door panel is based on the technological plan of the outside door panel, at the same time thinking of the feasibility of dies producing, repairing and adjustment. Through exploring the key technique to drawing die, trimming die, flagging die of the outside front door panel and analyzing the defective questions in adjusting dies, such as, drawing gaps, shrinking, bring up the methods of solving there defects.
