对行食管癌术后留置十二指肠营养管的患者实施PDCA循环护理的作用分析 栾颖李晓雪 ［ ］目的：分析行食管癌术后留置十二指肠营养管的患者实施PDCA循环护 理的作用效果。方法：抽取我院2013年5月-2015年7月期间收治的84例行食 管癌术后留置十二指肠营养管患者，并将其纳入此研宄屮。按照患者入院治疗的 先后顺序将其划分为观察组以及对照组，两组患者护理模式均为PDCA循环护理 以及常规护理，比对两组患者护理后的作用效果。结果：观察组与对照组患者分 别经过不同模式护理后，比对其生活质量评分、置管天数、住院天数、治疗花销 以及护理满意度，数据之间经比对后差异性产生，统计学意义存在（P0.05）。 结论：行食管癌术后留置十二指肠营养管的患者在临床屮应选择PDCA循环护理 模式，以此來减少患者的治疗时间，并减轻患者的经济负担。 ［关键词］食管癌手术 十二指肠营养管 PDCA循环护理 作用效果 DOI:10.3760/cma.j.issn.1672-7088.2016.18.34 单位：130031,吉林长春，吉林大学第一医院二部胸外科 栾颖（1970—），女，本科，吉林大学第一医院二部胸外科主管护师。 通讯 ：李晓雪（1988—），女，本科，吉林大学第一医院二部胸外科护士， 369091657@。 Analysis of the effect of PDCA circulation nursing on patients with esophageal cancer after operation with indwelling Duodenal Nutrition Tube Luan Ying , Li Xiaoxue Abstract： Objective: to analyze the effect of PDCA circulation nursing in patients with esophageal cancer after operation. Methods: 84 cases of esophageal cancer were treated in our hospital from May 2013 to July 2008. The patients with esophageal carcinoma were treated with indwelling duodenal nutrition tube. In accordance with the order of the patients in hospital treatment can be divided into observation group and control group, two groups of patients with nursing model were PDCA circulation nursing and routine nursing care, the effect on the two groups of patients after nursing. Results: observation group and control group respectively after different nursing mode than the score of the quality of life, catheter days, days of hospitalization, treatment costs and nursing satisfaction, data between the alignment differences produce, statistical significance exist (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: the duodenal nutrition tube patients should choose PDCA circulation nursing model in clinical indwelling for esophageal cancer after operation, in order to reduce the treatment time of patients, and reduce the economic burden of patients.
