随着知识经济时代的到来，现代企业面临着新的竞争环境一一连续的变革和不确定性 程度高。在这种大环境不，企业要保持健康的可持续化发展，关键要借助管理，去寻找让 知识的创造、冇效传播和合理运用的平台和方式。而知识型员工，是企业中将知识转变为 财富的最直接、最关键的群体，是需要企业重视并充分挖掘的珍贵资源，其生产率左右着 企业的竞争力。有效把握知识型员工的激励需求，进而有效的对知识型员工进行激励，发 挥其最大效用，减少其流失，是值得每一个管理者深入探讨和研究的课题。故本文通过对 戴德动力机械有限公司知识型员工激励问题的探讨，首先从研宄背景与意义出发，然后针 对戴德动力机械冇限公司知识型员工激励现状进行分析，进而对戴德动力机械冇限公司知 识型员工激励存在的问题进行分析。包括经济激励方面的问题、工作激励方面的问题、社 会心理激励方面的问题；最后针对问题与原因提出有效的解决措施，如完善绩效考核机制、 完善福利激励机制、加强知识型员工优化配置、完善企业培训机制、加强知识型员工职业 生涯规划等。 关键词：知识型员工激励；作用；激励机制 Abstract With the advent of the knowledge economy era，modern enterprises are facing new competitive environment - continuous high degree of uncertainty and change. In this environment，companies want to maintain a healthy and sustainable development，the key is to manage the aid, to seek to make the creation of knowledge，effective communication and rational use of the internet and the way. The knowledge workers are in the knowledge business into the wealth of the most direct and critical groups，companies need to pay attention to and fully exploit the precious resources，their productivity is about the competitiveness of enterprises. Effective incentive grasp the needs of knowledge workers，thus effectively motivate knowledge workers, to maximize its effectiveness, reducing its loss, it is worth every manager in-depth discussion and study. Through the discussion on the so-Dade Power Machinery Company Limited knowledge workers incentive problems，first from the research background and significance, and then analyzed for Dade Power Machinery Co.，Ltd.
