河南科技大学高等教育自学考试毕业论文 高 等 教 育 自 学 考 试 毕业设计（论文）说明书 汽车检测与维修（独立本科段） 市　　地： 郑 州 准考证号： 010410101609 姓 名： 许春雷 指导教师： 薛 川 河南科技大学高等教育自学考试办公室 电控发动机动力不足的原因分析及诊断 摘 要 文章从几个方面详细分析了汽车发动机的结构、分类、工作原理及动力不足的原因诊断及排除方法，使得汽车检测维修技术要求越来越高。结合汽车维修的实例，对汽车发动机电控系统的在维修过程中常见故障的检测与诊断方法进行分析与探讨。 本文从电控发动机的工作原理入手，就电控发动机的一些故障进行深入分析。电控发动机在使用过程中会出现故障，在故障诊断过程中，维修技术人员需要借助诊断仪器或设备来找出故障根源，并通过相应手段维修以恢复发动机的使用性能。在此根据发动机的诊断流程，即车辆问诊、症状确认、直观检查、解码诊断、数据读取、调整检修和试车验证等逐项进行分析。 关键词：电控发动机，动力不足，原因分析，故障诊断 Preface The article detailed analysis of several aspects of the structure of the automobile engine, classification, principle and power because of insufficient diagnosis and troubleshooting, making the car more and more technical requirements for testing and maintenance. With examples of vehicle maintenance, automotive engine control system during maintenance fault detection and diagnosis of common methods of analysis and discussion. In this paper, electronically controlled engine works start to a number of electronic control of engine failure in-depth analysis. Electronically controlled engine will appear in the course of failure, the fault diagnosis process, the maintenance technicians need the help of diagnostic instruments or equipment to identify root causes of failures and maintenance by the appropriate means to restore engine performance. According to the engine at this diagnostic process, that the vehicle inquiry, symptom recognition, visual inspection, decoding diagnostics, data acquisition, maintenance and test verification adjustments itemized analysis.
