PAGE II l 本 科 毕 业 设 计（论文） 题目 中小企业社会保障问题研究与对策分析 院（系部） 经济管理学院 专业名称 人力资源管理 年级班级 学生姓名 指导教师 年 月 日 摘 要 随着市场经济的发展，我国中小企业得到了快速发展，中小企业对社会的贡献日益增大，中小企业在我国国民经济中发挥着越来越重要的作用，但其社会保障现状却良莠不齐、不容乐观，影响到企业的发展和社会的稳定。社会保障制度建设严重滞后于其经济发展速度，寻求问题所在是解决民营中小企业社会保障问题的关键。其中有主观因素也有客观因素，有宏观原因也有微观原因。 本文主要阐述了社会保障的相关理论和模式，找出中小企业社会保障方面的问题及其成因分析，并提出了一些有效的对策。采取有效的措施，改善中小企业的社会保障状况，是我国社会保障发展中的一个重要问题。解决这个问题应从社会保障宏观环境的改善和微观主体的培养和努力两个方面采取有效对策。 关键词：中小企业 社会保障 问题 对策 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Abstract With the development of the market economy, china has witnesses a rapid growth of SME. SME has made great contribution to the development of the society and played a more and more important role in the economy. But the development of enterprises and social stability was hindered because of the bad social security systems. Social security system has lagged far behind its economic growth, and main way to solve the problem to settle down from the problems of social security in SME. There are many factors involved to solve this problem, subjective factors and objective factors, micro and macro factors. In this thesis, I will explain the social security-related theories and models, find out the problems and causes, propose some effective countermeasures. It is an important issue for China’s social security if we can take some effective measures to change the situation of it in SME. To solve this problem, we should start from The training and effective-countermeasures taking of the social security and micro-macro-environment.
