But our private banking business is very difficult to achieve the desired effect, for it is constrained by a lot of factors, such as, single service items, unreasonable structure, unsound marketing system, bad after-sales service, lack of talents, diversified business and so on. So our private banking business is urgent need to innovate operation ideas, consummate marketing system and strengthen the development of qualified personnel to enhance risk management capability. This article from several aspects, compared with the private banks in Western countries, suggestions and looking forward to the development trend of Chinas Private Bank.
