PAGE PAGE III 我国IT行业上市公司经营业绩的数据包络分析 专业：工商管理硕士 研究生： 指导教师： 摘 要 本文利用数据包络分析（DEA）的方法对我国IT行业50家上市公司在2001年至2002年的经营业绩进行了综合评价。用DEA对企业的经营业绩评价是一种新的综合评价方法。论文首先对DEA方法的相关理论进行了介绍，归纳总结了DEA理论的发展及其应用范围。然后以快速发展的、在国民经济中占有重要地位的50家IT类上市为研究对象，建立了适合IT行业特点的投入产出指标体系，设计了评价分析模型，测算了它们两年的相对效率以及理论上的改进方向和改进值。最后，给出几个方面的评价分析及多项改进建议。 通过研究发现，IT类上市公司在两年的经营中，各公司的相对排名变化不大。2002年的相对效率比2001年有所下降，说明该行业仍然没有止跌反弹。在通信、计算机硬件、计算机软件三个子行业中，通信板块表现较好。相对效率较差的公司需要改进的指标表现为产出的不足，特别是每股净资产和主营业务增长率两项，说明IT业作为技术密集与资金密集的新兴行业既要注意财务杠杆的作用，多方筹措资金，又要注意技术进步紧跟时代步伐。 关键词：数据包络分析（DEA） 信息技术 业绩评价 PERFORMENCES APPRAISAL OF IT PUBLIC COMPANY: A DATE ENVELOPENT ANALYSIS APPROACH Master of Business Administration Name: Sun Wen Ling Supervisor: Professor Lin Bin ABSTRACT In this paper we used Date Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to appraise the performance of 50 IT public firms from 2001 to 2001. DEA can provide a consistent and reliable measure of managerial or operational efficiency of a firm. Firstly, we made a note about theory and application of DEA. Secondly, the norms of performance which are suited to IT firms and the design of the model were followed. The last was the analysis of the results. We found that the performance in 2002 was better than in 2001. The efficiency of firms majoring in communications was the best in the three sub-industries (including software and hardware). The firms in lower efficiency should get more output than other firms. The net assets per share and the increasing ratio of sales are important to the performance of IT firms. They should pay more attention to the finance and RD.
