PAGE PAGE 3 精品 本科毕业论文(设计) 我校附一院2008～2010年消化系统用药分析 二级学院 药科学院 专 业 药学（医院药学方向） 班 级 医院药学07（2） 学生姓名 学 号 0703508246 指导教师 2011年 3月 我校附一院2008～2010年消化系统用药分析 合理决策和指导临床合理用药提供依据。方法：收集我院2008～2010年消化系统药物的用药数据，对其用药频度(DDDs)、药品金额等进行分析。结果：2008年～2010年我院消化系统药物总用药频度与用药金额在逐年增加；消耗金额最大的是肝胆疾病辅助用药，其次是治疗消化性溃疡药；用药频度最高的是肝胆疾病辅助用药，其次是治疗消化性溃疡药。结论：我院消化系统药物应用基本合理，消化系统药物的使用有逐年上升的趋势，应用前景广阔。 关键词 消化系统药物；用药金额；用药频度；用药分析 Data Analysis of the Digestive System Drugs Used in the First Affiliated Hospital of Our College During the Period 2008~2010 Abstract : OBJECTIVE：To investigate the current status and the trend of the drugs used for digestive system in our first affiliated hospital，in order to provide some references for rational use of the drugs in the clinic．METHODS：By using the methods of frequency analysis and the order of amount of money，drugs used for digestive system in our hospital during the period 2008~2010 were made statistical analysis. RESULTS：The sales volumes of the digestive system drugs were increased year by year．The largest amount of money was spent on the drugs for 1iver disease，then on the drugs for peptic ulcer．DDDs in drugs for 1iver disease was the highest，then on the drugs for peptic ulcer.
