精品 我国食品加工助剂的现状分析与发展对策 摘 要 目前我国食品加工助剂的发展正处于一个初级阶段，相对于欧美来说品种较少，安全性较低、有许多非食品级的加工助剂被使用到食品加工过程中，给食品安全带来了极大的隐患。而且由于缺乏相应的政府监管和行业自律，一些高残留或本不属于食品加工助剂的添加剂和化工原料被使用到食品加工过程中，导致因此而起的乱象丛生。最新发布的《GB2760-2011 食品添加剂使用卫生标准》中明确标明了107种可以在食品中使用的加工助剂，以及删除了34种目前仍在使用的加工助剂。这对提高食品加工助剂的安全性以及健全我国食品加工助剂的使用标准有着重大的作用。本课题将对我国目前常用的几大类食品加工助剂的应用现状和未来的发展方向以及我国食品加工助剂的安全性和相关法律法规进行探讨。 关键词 加工助剂/应用现状/发展方向 CHINAS FOOD PROCESSING AIDS TO ANALYZE THE CURRENT SITUATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF COUNTERMEASURES ABSTRACT At present our country food processing AIDS development is in a preliminary stage, relative to Europe and America is less varieties, safety is low, and many of the food processing AIDS is used to the food processing process, to food safety brought great hidden trouble.
