PAGE l l 本科生毕业论文（设计） 关于深化农村信用社改革的分析 ——以西峡县农商银行为例 院系名称 姓　　名 学　　号 专　　业 指导教师 年月日 摘　要 我国是一个农业大国，农业的发展对于我国来说有着重大的意义，因此，农村经济的发展与我国的经济发展也密切相关。农村信用社是我国农村金融的重要角色之一，在社会主义新农村中发挥着不可或缺的作用。深化农村信用社改革、促进农村信用社的全面可持续发展、有效的支援社会主义新农村建设，这是一项至关重要的任务。当前，西峡县经济发展的势头良好，西峡县的金融机构呈现繁荣态势，这为西峡县农村信用社的发展提供了一个良好的环境。西峡县农村信用社存在着很多问题，例如，偏离“三农”服务的方向，法人治理结构和管理体制不够完善，不良贷款比例居高不下和产品单一、人员素质参差不齐等。因此，西峡农村信用社的改革势在必行。西峡县农商银行是在国家政策支持和县域经济飞速发展的背景下应运而生针对改革过程中出现的问题，本文采取对比分析的方法，给予了坚持为“三农”服务的原则不放松，明确产权关系、实行股份制改革，转变贷款投向、严格执行贷款制度，提高产品质量、提高人员素质的应对措施。文章最后，对改革的市场前景、经营指标作出了预测分析。 关键词：农村金融；农村信用社；深化改革 ?MACROBUTTON NoMacro [Click and type abstract text here.]  Abstract China is a great agricultural country. The development of agriculture is important. So the development of rural economy is close to economic development. Rural credit cooperatives play an important role in rural financial system, which are integrant to new Chinese rural development. The reform and comprehensively sustainable development of rural credit cooperatives, which efficiently support the new Chinese rural development, are primary tasks. Currently, national government issued a series of policies to ensure the healthy development of rural financial system. The reform of rural credit cooperative is booming by the issue of pilot program to deepen the reform of rural credit cooperative made by state council.Currently, the development of Xixia economy is good. The financial organizations in Xixia are booming. These provide good developing environment to Xixia rural cooperatives. There are some problems about Xixia rural credit cooperatives: the problems of agriculture, farmer and rural area can not be solved, the management system is not healthy, the rate of bad loan is high, the kinds of productions is not various, and part of staff’s abilities are not enough. So the reform of Xixia rural credit cooperatives is necessary.Xixia rural commercial bank is established against national policies and rapid growth of local economy. To the problems during reform,
