PAGE w w 本科毕业论文(设计) 印象整饰的相关研究 二级学院 专 业 班 级 学生姓名 学 号 指导教师 2012 年 4 月 印象整饰的相关研究 【摘要】 印象整饰是指个体试图控制他人所获得信息、影响他人对自己产生某种印象的行为活动，适当使用印象整饰可以帮助人们顺利开展工作和过上和谐的生活。本文介绍了印象整饰的基本相关情况，阐述了印象整饰的分类和及其影响因素；其次再从印象整饰的两面性—积极性和消极性，对印象整饰进行分析，讲解了印象整饰在人际交往和社会、组织和工作绩效、求职面试和政治领域中的作用，同时，为了增强人们对印象整饰的正确使用，提供了相关的提升技能；最后，鉴于部分人在使用印象整饰的途中，违反了道德原则，对个体甚至组织造成了一定的伤害，因此，印象整饰也会存在一定的危害，人们要正确认识印象整饰的运用手段，才能发挥印象整饰的最大效用。 【关键词】 印象整饰；人际交往，积极性，消极性 注：本论文（设计）题目来源于教师的国家级（或省部级、厅级、市级、校级、企业）科研项目，项目编号为： The contact between impression management and us [Abstract] Impression management refers to the individuals attempting to control others to obtain informations, and an activity to affect some kind of impression about the individuals on others. The proper use of impression management can help people work smoothly and lead a harmonious life. This paper introduces the basic situations of the impression managemrnt , including its classification and influencing factors; And then from two sides—positivity and negativity, explaining the roles of impression management in interpersonal and social lifes, organization and work performance, job interview and political areas play; at the same time, in order to strengthen the skills people how to use well impression management, this paper also provides some strageties to develop the skills. Finally, for some people violate the moral principle and misuse impression managemrnt,causing some damages to person or organization, therefore, negative factors do exist in impression management, people should learn how to use impression managemrnt, only in this way can it play the maximum effect .
