Abstract 6 南京林业大学 本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 样条滤波器在表面计量学中的应用 学 院： 机械电子工程学院 专 业： 测控技术与仪器 学 号： 080307304 学生姓名： 指导教师： 职 称： 讲师 二O一 二 年 五 月 十八 日 摘 要 表面计量学与生产生活息息相关，而评定物件表面基准线—中线，是表面计量学的关键之关键，许多工件参数都与之相关。 国际标准IS011562已经明确规定使用高斯滤波中线作为物件表面评定的中线。可是在实际使用过程中，高斯滤波器存在非常严重的边缘效应问题，为了克服高斯滤波器的边缘效应问题，样条滤波器应运而生。 本文主要对样条滤波器进行了深入细致的研究，并设计出了样条滤波器及其实现算法，具体有以下几个方面： （1）：首先对高斯滤波器的特性进行了细致分析，研究了高斯滤波器的实现方法以及高斯滤波器建立物体表面中线的方法，为下面对高斯滤波器进行改进的样条滤波器理论打下坚实的基础。 （2）：对样条滤波器的构造原理进行了分析，为设计出样条滤波器打下理论基础，对样条函数与插值进行了阐述，并讨论了P参数的意义。 （3）：给出了三次样条滤波器的算法实现方法及获取物件表面中线的方法。 （4）：就样条滤波器计算过程复杂、没有明确的传递函数等问题提出了改进方法，分别设计出平滑样条滤波器和广义B样条滤波器。 关键词：表面计量学；高斯滤波器；样条滤波器；平滑滤波器  Abstract Surface metrology is closely related to production and life ，the key of surface metrology is the assessment of the object surface baseline - midline ,many workpiece parameters are related to this. International standard IS011562 has been defined using the Gaussian filter midline as the center line of the object surface assessment. However, in actual use, the Gaussian filter there is a very serious problem of edge effects, in order to overcome the edge effect of the Gaussian filter, spline filters came into being. In this paper, I research on the spline filter in-depth and meticulously, and design a spline filter and its implementation algorithm, specifically in the following areas: （1）：At first , analyse the characteristics of the Gaussian filter in depth, and research the method of realizing Gaussian filter and using it to build the object surface midline, for following a Gaussian filter to improve the splinefilter theory lay a solid foundation. （2）: Analyse the fundamentals of the structure of the spline filter ,to lay a theoretical foundation for the design of the spline filter, and describes the spline function and interpolation, furthermore discussed the significance of the P parameter. （3）: In this paper, provide a cubic spline filter algori
