Thank you for your attention 在結果區按滑鼠右鍵?選擇 Find Sequence可搜尋你想要找尋的區域或序列 此時會跳出一視窗,在此視窗打入欲搜尋之序列?藍色區域即為搜尋之結果 選擇 Align?再點選 Show Similarity Tables 即顯示出Similarity的結果 ? 此結果依樣可列印出來或貼至 PPT or Word 上 首先到Vector NTI Explorer?點選Assemble? 再點選 ContigExpress-Open New Assemble Project 將核心實驗室E-mail給你的Sequence result file先存至你的電腦?再用 ContigExpress 打開 ?點選 Project?再點選 add Fragments ?再選 From ABI file 檔案類型選擇 All Files ?點選 Sequence result files ?按下開啟 此時會問你是否想用原來的檔案名稱輸入 ?點選 是 按滑鼠右鍵 ?選擇 Edit ?　即可更改你的檔案名稱 按滑鼠右鍵 ?選擇 Open? 即可打開你的sequence result file 1.首先找到你想要Annotate的區域 點選 Edit?再選擇 Find Sequence (記得滑鼠要先點在Sequence區域,Find Sequence此功能才會出現) 將 sequence 貼上?再按下 Find Next?即可找到你要的區域 (記得滑鼠要先點在Sequence區域,Find Sequence此功能才會出現) 再點選 Edit?選擇 New? 再選 add Feature To Map ?按下左鍵 可選擇此區域的特徵 此區域的名稱 Rrverse可勾選此 顯示箭頭方向為反向 2.再來將Annotate的區域特性及名稱填上 建立完成,當你點選圖上annotate的部分,同時會顯示序列出來以及其位置所在 當你在sequence上做了顏色或是字型格式的改變之後?如果你要保存請選擇儲存方式 為 Save As Files存在電腦上而不要選擇存在Vector NTI database (因為只有另存在電腦硬碟上才會保存你所做的變更,
