社区1124例高危孕妇管理及结局剖析 　　【摘要】 目的 分析社区常见高危因素及后果，为进一步提高高危妊娠管理水平积累经验。方法 对社区2008年1月1日~2010年12月31日分娩的1124例高危妊娠产妇资料统计分析。结果 社区高危妊娠发生率34.18%，剖宫产率64.02%，前3位高危因素分别为怀孕≥3次、年龄≥35岁、瘢痕子宫，两种以上高危因素占43.24%，动态高危妊娠转归率67.76%。高危妊娠早产率、新生儿窒息、死胎死产、新生儿死亡率明显高于正常妊娠，出生缺陷控制在较低水平。结论 高危妊娠对妊娠结局有不良影响。重视高危因素的筛查和处理，加强高危妊娠的跟踪管理是保证母婴安全、减少不良结局的有效措施。 　　【关键词】 高危孕妇；高危因素；管理；结局 　　 　　The Analysis of Management and Denouement on 1124 Examples of High-risk Pregnancy in communities 　　 　　LIAO Hong-ping. Prevention and Health Section, The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Traditional chinese Medicine University, Nanning 530023, Guangxi, china 　　【Abstract】 ObjectiveThis paper is to analyze the common high-risk aspects and consequences, accumulate the experiences of improving managing high-risk pregnancy. Methods Analyzing the data of 1124 high-risk pregnant women who gave birth to children from Jan.1, 2008 to Dec.31, 2010. Results The incidence of high-risk pregnancy is 34.18%,cesarean section goes to 64.02%. The first three high-risk aspects are having been pregnant more than three times, the 35 or older pregnancy and uterine scars, 43.24% of the examples have more than two high-risk aspects, the rectification of dynamic high-risk pregnancy is 67.76%. Obviously, the high-risk pregnancy premature, the asphyxia of newborns, the stillbirth and the death of newborns are more than normal pregnancy. Birth defects are under control. Conclusion The high-risk pregnancy affects the result of pregnancy.
