肩关节镜结合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗粘连性肩关节囊炎疗效剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析肩关节镜结合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗粘连性肩关节囊炎疗效。方法 方便选取2013年5月―2015年10月前往该院就诊治疗的60例粘连性肩关节囊炎患者作为研究对象，在征得患者知情同意下随机分为对照组及研究组各30例，对照组采用玻璃酸钠注射液治疗，研究组接受肩关节镜下关节囊松解术联合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效。结果 研究组患者临床治疗总有效率93.3%，与同期对照组70%相比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；肩关节UCLA评分、constant评分、Neer评分方面，两组患者相比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 肩关节镜结合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗粘连性肩关节囊炎效果确切，可以作为临床治疗的优选方案。 　　[关键词] 肩关节镜；玻璃酸钠注射液；粘连性肩关节囊炎 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）03（c）-0125-03 　　Curative Effect Analysis of Shoulder Arthroscopy Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in Treatment of Adhesive Capsulitis of Shoulder 　　LI Yi， WANG Yan-feng 　　Department of Sports Medicine and Joint Surgery， The First Affiliated School of China Medical University， Shenyang， Liaoning Province， 110001 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the curative effect of shoulder arthroscopy combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in treatment of adhesive capsulitis of shoulder. Methods 60 cases of patients with adhesive capsulitis of shoulder treated in our hospital from May 2013 to October 2015 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each with the informed consent of patients， the control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate injection， the research group were treated with arthroscopic capsular release combined with sodium hyaluronate injection， the clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The difference in the total clinical treatment effective rate between the research group and the control group was statistically significant， （93.3% vs 70%）， P0.05， the differences in UCLA score of shoulder joint， constant score and Neer score between the two groups were statistically significant P0.05. Conclusion The effect of shoulder arthroscopy combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in treatment of adhesive capsulitis of shoulder is definite， which can be used as the preferred plan in the clinical treatment. 　　[Key words] Shoulder arthroscopy； Sodium
