补肾活血方联合雌孕激素治疗卵巢早衰效果剖析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.16.60 　　摘 要 目的：观察雌孕激素结合补肾活血方对卵巢早衰患者的治疗效果。方法：收治卵巢早衰患者179例，随机分为研究组91例和对照组88例。研究组采用雌孕激素结合补肾活血方联合治疗，对照组只用雌孕激素治疗，观察比较两组患者的疗效、各项生化指标及治疗后症状积分。结果：治疗后，研究组在盗汗、潮热、阴道干涩等方面的症状改善比对照组明显，有效率93.41%，高于对照组的81.81%，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组FSH、LH、INH-B等指标改善比对照组明显，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：雌孕激素与补肾活血方相结合治疗卵巢早衰的效果优于常规单雌孕激素治疗，值得临床研究推广。 　　关键词 雌孕激素 补肾活血方 卵巢早衰 　　Effect analysis of Bu Shen Huo Xue decoction combined with estrogen and progesterone hormones in the treatment of premature ovarian failure 　　Zhou Yanqi 　　Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology，the Peoples Hospital Affiliated to Jiangsu University，212002 　　Abstract Objective：To observe the treatment effect of estrogen and progesterone hormones combined with Bu Shen Huo Xue decoction in the treatment of patients with premature ovarian failure.Methods：179 cases with premature ovarian failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group with 91 cases and the control group with 88 cases.The study group were treated with estrogen and progesterone hormones combined with Bu Shen Huo Xue decoction.The control group were treated with only estrogen and progesterone hormones treatment.The curative effects，biochemical indices and treatment symptom scores of the two groups were observed.Results：After the treatment，the symptoms in the sweating， hot flashes，vaginal dryness and other aspects of the study group were improved obviously than those of the control group.The effective rate of the study group was 93.41%，and it was higher than 81.81% of the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The FSH，LH，INH-B and other indicators of the study group were improved obviously than those of the control group.There had a significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of estrogen and progesterone hormones combined with Bu Shen Huo Xue decoction in the treatment of premature ovarian failure is better than that of conventional single hormone treatment.It is wort
