联合用药治疗胃溃疡幽门螺杆菌感染临床剖析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.22.19 　　摘要目的：探讨联合用药治疗胃溃疡幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染临床疗效。方法：2013年3月-2014年3月收治胃溃疡Hp感染患者80例，随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予阿莫西林、克拉霉素、胶体果胶铋和奥美拉唑联合治疗，观察组给予阿莫西林、埃索美拉唑、胶体果胶铋和左氧氟沙星。观察对比两组治疗后的临床疗效、Hp阳性率和胃溃疡的复发率。结果：观察组总有效率95%（38/40），显效25例，有效13例；对照组总有效率70%，显效10例，有效18例，两组有效率差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组和对照组的Hp阳性率分别为2.5%、15%，胃溃疡的复发率分别为10%、22.5%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：联合应用阿莫西林、埃索美拉唑、胶体果胶铋及左氧氟沙星能有效清除Hp，提高治疗效果，降低胃溃疡的复发率。 　　关键词联合用药；胃溃疡；Hp感染；临床分析 　　Clinical analysis of combination therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer infected with helicobacter pylori 　　Yan Yongli，Zhang Guozhou，Xu Kewei 　　Digestive System Department，the People’s Hospital of Funan County，Fuyang City，Anhui 236300 　　AbstractObjective：To explore the clinical effect of combination therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer infected with Helicobacter pylori.Methods：80 cases with gastric ulcer infected with Helicobacter pylori were selected from 2013 March to 2014 March.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each.The control group were treated with amoxicillin，clarithromycin，colloidal bismuth pectin and omeprazole，amoxicillin.The observation group were treated with esomeprazole，colloidal bismuth pectin and levofloxacin.We observed and compared the clinical curative effect after the treatment，the positive rate of Helicobacter pylorus and gastric ulcer recurrence rate of the two groups.Results：In the observation group，the total efficiency was 95%（38/40）；25 cases were markedly effective；13 cases were effective.In the control group，the total efficiency was 70%；10 cases were markedly effective；18 cases were effective.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.
