高危孕妇实施B超引导下无痛人工流产术50例临床剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究与探讨针对高危孕妇实施无痛人工流产术的最佳方式及临床效果。 方法 选取2013年1月～2013年10月期间在我院接受人工流产手术的高危孕妇100例，将其随机分成两组，实验组50例，对照组50例。实验组采用B超引导下无痛人工流产术法，对照组采用传统盲视下人工流产手术法。对两组产妇手术用时、术中出血量、术后出血时间以及并发症情况进行对比。 结果 实验组手术用时（5.1±2.0）min，术中出血量为（5.2±2.3）mL，术后出血时间为（2.3±1.1）d，无并发症；对照组手术用时（10.5±2.3）min，术中出血量为（18.9±3.5）mL，术后出血时间为（5.9±2.5）d，6例并发症，实验组无论是手术用时、手术中出血量、术后出血时间，还是降低并发症均显著优于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 B超引导下无痛人工流产手术用时短，术中出血量不多，操作简便，安全性高，从而能够使手术并发症发生情况降低，大大提高手术的成功率，减轻孕妇痛苦，此项技术值得推广至相关临床中。 　　[关键词] B超；人工流产；高危孕妇 　　[中图分类号] R169.42 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2013）22-201-02 　　Clinical analysis on painless induced abortion guided by B-ultrasound for 50 high risk gravidas 　　PAN Cuihong CHEN Yingmei ZHANG Weiqiang 　　Health Clinic of Xiancun Town in Zengcheng City， Zengcheng 511335， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study and investigate the best way and clinical curative effect of painless induced abortion for high risk gravidas. Methods One hundred high risk gravidas who accepted painless induced abortion from January 2013 to October 2013 in our hospital were chosen and randomly divided into two groups， namely 50 cases in the experimental group and 50 cases in the control group. The experimental group used painless induced abortion guided by B-ultrasound， while the control group used traditional induced abortion under blindness. The operation time， intraoperative bleeding， postoperative bleeding time and complications of two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the experimental group was （5.1±2.0）min， intraoperative bleeding was （5.2±2.3）mL， postoperative bleeding time was （2.3±1.1）d， no complications happened； The operation time of the control group was （10.5±2.3）min， intraoperative bleeding was （18.9±3.5）mL， postoperative bleeding time was （5.9±2.5）d， 6 cases happened complications. The operation time， intraoperative bleeding， postoperative bleeding time and reducing complications of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group（P0.05）.
