At present, China’s GDP ranked second, beyond Japan，after the United States. But in the process of rapid economic development,there appeared a lot of problems，like serious environmental pollution，lower resource utilization and so on,which have affected and restricted the sustainable development of our country seriously. Huzhou is no exception. To this, in this article，through the qualitative and quantitative analysis method，first the ecological economic concepts，and the current situation and trend of development of ecological economy and so on are discussed; Moreover，according to the analysis of the condition of developing ecological economy for Huzhou，mainly discuss and illustrate Huzhou’advantages and disadvantages of developing ecological economy, etc.; The third is the Huzhou rmeasures of developing ecological economy; Fourth,select a place in Huzhou as a case analysis;The last is the conclusion.
