针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病110例疗效剖析 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 220例椎动脉型颈椎病患者， 随机分为两组， 每组110例。对照组给予针灸治疗， 研究组在对照组的基础上给予推拿治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果 研究组总有效率90.00%， 对照组总有效率64.55%， 两组对比， 差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论 针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病， 可有效改善患者的病情， 临床效果显著， 值得大力推广使用。 　　【关键词】 针灸；推拿；椎动脉型颈椎病 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2015.16.005 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and manipulation in the treatment of cervical vertebral artery disease.
