II II ABSTRACT Nowadays, as there are a lot of new factors appear with the environment change both at home and abroad, the college students Ideological and political education environment is increasingly prominent. Research on College Students Ideological and political education environment optimization helps to enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of Ideological and political education. Full-text is divided into four parts. Part I is the introduction, including paper background, significance of topic selection of topic, summarizing the Overseas and Domestic Research Status, briefly describing the research approaches, methods, difficulties and innovation of this research. Part II is an overview about ideological and political education environment and this is the full text of the theory. From the definition of the environment perspective, analyzed on college students ideological and political education connotation, classification and characteristics of the environment and the environments influence on college students moral development. The third part is the analysis of the present situation of college students ideological and political education environment, partly from the social environment, school and home environment perspective, and analysis in-depth of the environment present situation and existing problems. Part IV is the optimization strategies of college students ideological and political education environment, this is also the emphasis of this article. Together with the ideological and political education environment problems, we proposed a social environment of ideological and political education of University students, school and home environment optimization measures.
