车用柴油机结构振动分析与声功率预测研究
THE STRUCTURE VIBRATION ANALYSIS OF AUTOMOTIVE DIESEL ENGINE AND
SOUND POWER PREDICTION RESEARCH
ABSTRACT
Taking a four-cylinder diesel engine as the example, the experimental method and the virtual simulation method was used to study the structure vibration and noise of diesel engine. The structure improvement of diesel engine was given to guide the structure design of diesel engine based on vibration control and reduce the vibration and noise level.
The finite element model of diesel engine was established and the diesel engine was analyzed by experimental modal analysis method and the finite element modal analysis method. The result of experimental modal and the finite element modal was contrasted and that validate the rationality of the finite element modal. The frequencies and strikeout of diesel engine in free mode was given.
The finite element software (MSC.Patran/Nastran) was used to condense matrix. The main node of degree of freedom was given and that reduces computation of computer. Through the dynamic simulation technology the main bearing force and the cylinder piston percussive force which is the main load of diesel engine was given.
In the platform of AVL-excite, the engine simulation model was established through the finite element method and the multi-body dynamics. The vibration speed and sound power of every node was given. With surface radiation area of every component and acoustic radiation ratio, the sound power amplitude and the surface radiated acoustic power of the diesel engine in the next was calculated.
On the basis of finite element result and test result, the improvement of engine structure is put forward and the vibration and noise of diesel engine was decreased.
