Abstract:In order to identify rose oil of different grades, the chemical constituents in high and medium grades of
rose oil were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by GC/MS, 63 and 72 constituents were respectively identi-
fied.The two kinds of rose oil and one unknown sample were scanned with an e_nose device.The results showed
that the e_nose device could be used in grade distinction of rose oil.
