II II Abstract Purposes: In order to find the tight related factors which affect the tomatoes’SSC ， the relations between these factors and SSC, and provide proofs to the choosing and cultivation of tomatoes and the production of high-quality tomato jam. Methods: We choose six types of tomatoes and measure their growth indicators, physiological and biochemical parameters, photosynthetic indicators, quality indicators in various periods of growth to find the relationship between these factors and SSC, by analyzing the data wih EXCEL, SPSS16.0 and DPS. In the end, adopting the related analytical method in the gray system theory, we analysed 9 quality traits of 6 tomatoes together to search new tomato which will be more suitable to grow in Xinjiang province. Conclusions: 1)SSC was positively correlated with L / D and the correlation coefficient reached a significant level; while negatively related with yield , F/S ,LAI, and the correlation coefficient reached a significant level Tomato plants were seriously affected by the bad environment during the anthesis stage and the green mature stage. Main resistance factors of tomato are Pro, leaf soluble sugar, soluble protein and POD. Indeterminate tomatoes show greater ability in resistance than the determinate tomatoes. The study on the diumal photosynthetic rate shows that there are obvious double peak curves and midday depression among the six tomato species. Totally speaking, the photosynthetic rate of the indeterminate tomatoes is higher than the determinate tomatoes. SSC with E, VPD, GH2O, A, Ci, Ca, rh has some relevance. Negative correlation with the E1 and E2 was positively correlated, at time of 14:00 was a negative correlation with E4, with E6 was a positive correlation in the evening.
