However, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises lack of staying power, not competitive phenomenon are also increasingly apparent, investigate its fundamental cause is that the financing problem has been bothering and unfavorable factors of restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Small and medium-sized enterprise own development situation and the credit is an important factor of financing problems, small and medium-sized enterprises want to fundamentally solve the problem，we must speed up to activate their operational mechanism, to improve business efficiency, shows its own development potential, thus enhance credibility，win the effective financing opportunities. How to effectively meet the reasonable needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, has become the current development of small and medium-sized enterprises need to solve the problem. This article first elaborated the fujian province small and medium-sized enterprise financing present situation. Then, specific analysis of the influencing factors of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in fujian province. Finally, from the enterprise itself to the financial institutions, and government, the research puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises.
