硕士研究生学位论文 摘 要 I 摘 要 如今我国城市化正处于加速发展时期，在全社会都在努力营建“和谐社会”的背景下， 由于城市建设规模较大、速度较快，加之理论指导缺乏，因此出现了社会矛盾激化、社区 空间异化等一系列问题。当前我们虽然对社区的研究中关于人文社会方面的比重加大，并 且在努力改善社区的物质环境。然而，社区规划建设实践与社会原则相背离的现象仍普遍 存在，社区的人际关系冷漠也已是不争的事实。这都有待于我们必须从源头上重新探寻社 区规划建设的症结并寻求根本解决之道，这也是论文研究的出发点。论文从城市社区的时 空连续统一体中认识社区空间的社会性本质及社区营造的方法；在明晰社区社会原则的内 涵的基础上，将城市空间整合与社区营造相结合，用可行性的政策研究指导社区空间模式 的营造，进而增强了研究的系统性与实效性。以社会空间、时间——空间和日常生活的综 合视角，从精神制度和空间结构两个层面，多角度透视了社区的物质和社会成因为各元素 的有机布置，从城市和社区两个空间层面探索了与社会原则相统一的城市社区空间形态模 式和空间调控策略。论文通过对当代中国城市社区社会性丧失的分析，指出当代社区规划 中社会性原则营造的重要，并发现了社会性营造的前提是地域时空整合的营造，并通过城 市生活空间的调控分析，重新认识了社区的社会性，通过单位社区和当代社区的比较研究 得出单位社区对当代社区的启示，探寻出符合社会原则的社区新主张，从强化社区管理、 完善社区管理制度、优化社区服务等精神制度方面和城市路网、地块划分、用地分类、社 区活动与公共设施布置等空间结构方面对如何重塑城市社区形态结构与空间肌理提出了 有针对性的空间设计对策，重新审视了社区规划的社会性原则。 关键词：社区；单位社区；地域性 II Abstract 硕士研究生学位论文 Abstract At present，China is in the rapid development phase of urbanization. The process of urban development there intensifying many issues. The research on community has increasingly turned to society ,the new communitys environment is also improving . However, community planning and contrary to the principle of social phenomenon is still widespread, the uncoordinated community relationship is an indisputable fact. This is we need to re-explore the crux of the construction of community planning, this is also the starting point for research papers.
