PAGE PAGE IV 单体核型急性髓细胞白血病的临床和实验室特征 英文摘要 Clinical and laboratory characteristics of acute myelogenous leukemia patients with monosomal karyotype Abstract Objective: To investigate the clinical and genetic characteristics of the monomer karyotype acute myeloid leukemia (Monosomal karyotype acute myeloid leukemia, MK-AML) and MK prognosis Cases and methods: 1、We analyzed karyotype of 3743 cases of acute leukemia cases confirmed in Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University from January 2007 to June 2012 and sorted out the 153 cases of ANLL monomer karyotype (MK-AML) cases, then analyzed their age, gender, FAB typing, peripheral blood, leukemia immunophenotyping, karyotype and further study of the clinical and genetic features of the MK-AML. 2、We selected the 27 MK-AML patients diagnosed in Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University from January 2007 to October 2010 as the research object, we also selected and the 27 non-mononer karyotype AML patients as the control group. The analysis was performed in all cases by bone marrow cell morphology, cell immunophenotyping and karyotype analysis. The patients of MK-AML group and those of the control group all took induction therapy with IDA program (idarubicin the Star + cytarabine). Patients who achieved complete remission (CR) continued to take a variety of programs, including the program above and high-dose cytarabine、FA program (fludarabine, cytarabine) alternating consolidation and intensive treatment. Two MK-AML patients who achieved complete remission after induction therapy received allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, allo-HSCT). Comparatively analyze 27 MK-AML patients and 27 non-monomer karyotype AML patients of CR rate and overall survival (OS).
