PAGE PAGE XVII 题 目:基于游客认知的人文旅游资源开发 ——以洛阳为例 院系名称: 专业班级: 学生姓名: 学 号: 指导教师: 教师职称: 摘 要 洛阳旅游业是河南旅游业的重要组成部分,在近二十年来一直保持着较快的发展速度。旅游业的发展是以旅游产品为基础的,而在洛阳的旅游产品中,人文旅游产品对游客的吸引力更大一些。因此洛阳的旅游业发展战略主要围绕如何将优质人文旅游资源转化成优质旅游产品。但到目前为止,这一方面的研究还主要局限于从政府角度,游客认知角度方面的研究还较少。本文针对这一视角,对洛阳人文旅游资源的开发进行了探索。 旅游目的地的产品开发及营销与游客对目的地认知是一个动态的过程,游客对旅游目的地的良好认知是一种可利用资源,这种资源的合理使用可以增强旅游目的地的竞争力。从游客认知的角度结合洛阳人文旅游资源的特点和开发现状进一步分析,找到了洛阳人文旅游资源开发所存在的问题。 通过本文的研究,得到以下主要结论:根据洛阳人文旅游资源特点,洛阳市人文旅游产品的开发策划应该立足于洛阳市丰富浑厚的古人文旅游资源,重点利用有限的地上有形的人文旅游资源,同时采取寓无形于有形,变死板为活泼的指导思想,借助其它旅游资源,依托洛阳市旅游业发展现状,创立知名旅游产品品牌。 关键字:游客认知 文化旅游资源 旅游资源开发 Title Research based on the cognitive of Tourists in the development of the Culture tourism resource __ A Case of Luoyang County Abstract Luoyang tourist industry is an important component of Henan industry trade, it has been keeping quick development for more than 20 years. The development of tourist industry is to take the tour products as basis, the cultural tourist products have more attractions among Henan tourist products. Therefore, the Xian tourist trade development strategy mainly depends on how to change good culture resource into good culture products. That exploitation and marketing of the tour destination product is a dynamic process with the tourist to destination cognition, the fine tourist cognition to the destination touring is a good exploitable resource, this resources rational use can strengthen tour destination competitiveness. The thesis has studied Henan tourist trade strategy position from tourist cognition angle, and suggested the resource developing approach and mode that support the strategy Chinese culture.
