II II 摘 要 我国是世界文明古国，老祖先给我们留下了珍贵的文化资源，但随着社会的 发展，环境的变迁，许多民间文化遭到破坏，有些甚至濒临消亡。那么如何对其 保护、利用和传承是人类面临的重大课题，正确认识非物质文化遗产，客观认识 旅游发展与遗产保护的关系，对非物质文化遗产进行有效的保护、合理的利用具 有着前所未有的现实意义。 现代旅游发展促进了非物质文化遗产的保护，但同时也对其造成了破坏，如 何对非物质文化遗产进行有效保护与开发利用，怎样正确处理非物质文化遗产旅 游开发中保护与开发的关系、促进两者的协调统一发展都显得非常重要。本文以 科学发展观为指导，强调实现非物质文化遗产旅游的可持续发展，针对我国非物 质文化遗产的现状及问题，本文提出了对其有效保护的措施，针对目前我国在非 物质文化遗产旅游开发中的现状和问题进行了分析，并亦指出了对策，提出了相 应建议。本文强调在现代化的进程中，非物质文化遗产的保护利用及传承发展应 以可持续发展观为指导，实现非物质文化遗产的文化价值和经济价值之间的转 换，提升非物质文化遗产的文化力，大力发展旅游文化产业，促进旅游文化经济 的发展。 最后以中国(合肥)非物质文化遗产园为例对非物质文化遗产的保护与开发， 文化资源向文化产业转化问题进行了研究，并提出相应对策。 关键词：非物质文化遗产；旅游开发；保护；文化价值 PAGE PAGE IV Abstract China is the worlds ancient civilizations, give us ancestors left a precious cultural resources, with social development, environmental change, the destruction of many folk culture, some even dying.
