In order to maintain the sustainable development of national economy, protect human living environment and energy supply, governments put large at a huge sum of money, manpower and material resources to solve these problems and seek the various channels. Electric cars have good environmental performance and can be powered with a variety of energy remarkable characteristic, namely can protect the environment, and can relieve the energy shortage and adjust energy structure and energy security.
