摘要
在21世纪知识经济时代,知识成为经济发展、企业生产经营的主要资本,而知识型员工拥有的人力资本是企业价值增值的重要源泉,企业之间的竞争,知识的创造、利用与增值,资源的合理配置,最终都要靠知识的载体——知识型员工来实现。激励是研究如何真正调动其员工的内在积极性,是企业管理中的重要组成部分。本文对知识型员工的概念及特征进行了分析,研究了知识型员工特殊需求。又从现实出发,分析了知识型员工激励存在的现实困境及其原因分析。从企业知识型员工的特殊性出发,研究了知识型员工的激励模型,对知识型员工的激励提出了基本要求和策略,以期能够企业了解如何有效地激励知识型员工,如何为企业留住知识型员工,提升企业核心竞争力,保障企业的长久生存和发展。

Abstract
In the 21st century information age, knowledge economy in economic development, production and operation of the capital and knowledge-based staff of human capital is the value added value of an important source of competition between companies of knowledge creation and use of resources reasonable with more value-added, configuration and ultimately depend on the carrier, to materialize knowledge-based. Motivation is the study how to really bring its staff, the initiative is an important part of the enterprise management. This paper analyzed the concept and characteristics of the of the knowledge-workers, research the special needs of the them. From reality, the staff motivational of knowledge-based real trouble, and the reasons for analysis. Employees from enterprises, knowledge-based particularity of the knowledge-based staff of the model of the knowledge-based staff made the basic requirements and strategies to be an enterprise to understand how to effectively to stimulate knowledge-based enterprises, how to keep staff, knowledge-based enterprises core competitiveness of enterprises and security for survival and development.
