PAGE IX l 供应链管理下的供应商选择与评价研究 ——以河北燕兴机械有限公司为例 Xx 物流管理专业 物流xx班 学号xx 指导教师 xx讲师 摘 要 随着市场竞争状况的不断变化，现代企业的经营以及管理也发生了相应的变化，越来越多的企业采用了供应链管理模式。供应链管理已经成为理论和应用研究的热点，也已经成为企业增强竞争力的重要选择。在此背景下，基于供应链管理环境下供应商的选择、评估和管理更是成为影响供应链成功与否的关键因素，并具有战略意义。 本文通过分析河北燕兴机械有限公司作为一家汽车生产制造型企业的供应商选择与评价现状，由此得出其在这方面的优势及存在问题，借鉴国内外供应商选择评价的理论和方法成果，从质量系统、费用、供货及柔性、企业竞争力几个方面构建了供应商选择评价的指标体系。最后以层次分析法为基础，结合综合加权平分法，通过实证分析验证了层次分析法和运用综合加权平分法相结合在供应商选择与评价中的指导作用。 关键词：供应商选择与评价 生产制造企业 层次分析法 Study on supplier selection and evaluation under the Supply chain management ——With Hebei Yan Xing Machinery Co., Ltd. for example Abstract With the changing of market competition, operation and management of modem enterprise starts to change as well. More and more organizations are using supply chain management. Supply chain management has become the hot spot of theory and application study in industries, which has become the most important choice for enterprises to enhance their competition force. Under such background, selection, evaluation and management of suppliers under supply chain management has become the key factor that could influent the success of supply chain, which has strategic meaning. This paper through the analysis of the status and supplier selection of supplier selection of Hebei YanXing Machinery Co., Ltd., Referring to the theory of domestic and foreign supplier selection method and evaluation results. Then I devise a new system for selecting and evaluating on the foundation of some aspects: quality, cost, delivery ability and flexible, Enterprise competitiveness. Then I introduce the supplier selection evaluation methods and steps like the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Synthetic Weighted Mark Method.
